About Us
We are Chumkriel Language School (CLS), a small school in Chumkriel village in Southern Cambodia. We aim to provide accessible education and assistance to our local community. CLS is not-for-profit NGO registered with the Cambodian Ministry of Interior.
CLS offers a variety of education and community support programs that promote improved life skills for the people of Chumkriel and neighbouring rural communities. It is staffed by local Cambodians who value the importance of educating the children of this community and of setting a positive example.
Chumkriel Language School promotes education and self-improvement as pathways to better career opportunities and an enhanced quality of life. We achieve this by building our students’ knowledge and life skills, teaching English, and actively supporting their families.
